Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We use all aspects of Australia Post - Receipted Delivery - Express - COD as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any returns, the shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We provide free delivery on any back orders.



Dropshipping:

With the increase of Web Site Sales and Mail Order businesses, our Drop Shipping Department offers you the opportunity to ship your sales directly to your customer to eliminate double handling and shipping time.
There is no extra dropshipping service charge
 sent direct to your customer with your return details and invoices are sent directly to you.

Returns:

There are no claims for used goods.
 Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods and without authorisation from our office. Authorization for returns may be requested by contacting our office.
 All refused/returned shipments will result a $5.00 reshipping or restocking charge plus the freight cost incurred. Charges will be added to future shipments.
